Turns out this cut has hardly been used in Norway. Ended up in ground beef mostly I believe. I feel cheated. But happy I have a supplier for it now. Will be a staple going forward

Oh yeah that’s a staple around here. I also have used stew meat. Just cut it up in much smaller pieces. Kinda tedious but it works well.
