How do people ever trust a baby sitter?
I’m out here struggling to just find someone I can trust as a dog sitter for a few days.
The idea of needing to use a baby sitter scares the shit out of me.
At least kids can’t be denied travel or quarantined for six weeks like they do to dogs.
My ass is gonna be bringing the damn kid on every work trip, gonna be bring your child to work day every damn day.
Not sure where you live but I think you’re possibly wrong on travel depending where you live? Local laws versus federal etc

I’m speaking purely from a legal standpoint as pertaining to the USA 🇺🇸 & health laws within such system
Example: Baby is born addicted to crack cocaine.
What happens? Per usual …. It depends. On various things …
1. Where & how the baby is born?
2. Race, wealth, age of the mother. Most always the mother to be sure
Not the father … cause #patriarchy
I could go on.
Or look at many willfully quarantined theirself FAR before COVID ever hit the world.

What are you talking about? The premise I started with assumed a healthy child and loving family- one that simply needed a sitter(dog or baby) to accomplish the goal of completing work tasks.

Family is best bet. You wanna go psychopath then think behavioural assessment. Look for traits like patience and caretaking characteristics. I would advise the DISC-profiling assessment. It can't be rigged.
Family is a viable solution - but only if you have family that is a- trustworthy/responsible and b- located within reasonable distances.
I don't do dogs sorry I need someone to help me out. I'm too tired to babysit these days
