:(((. Have you been to sleep doctor? I am trying to get to better sleep but failing miserably. Not sure if it is some medical condition or just environmental/time factors yet but will figure it out.

I have but meds are a last resort for me. I’ve been this way since my teens. I came dangerously close to dying. I’ve mostly developed better habits to sleep better. Relaxing before bed. Exercising, eating better and early. Most days are good. Some days are bad.
Unless it is something very specific then meds won't help. How is that possible? Is it falling asleep or waking up or something else?
