:(((. Have you been to sleep doctor? I am trying to get to better sleep but failing miserably. Not sure if it is some medical condition or just environmental/time factors yet but will figure it out.

I have but meds are a last resort for me. I’ve been this way since my teens. I came dangerously close to dying. I’ve mostly developed better habits to sleep better. Relaxing before bed. Exercising, eating better and early. Most days are good. Some days are bad.

Unless it is something very specific then meds won't help. How is that possible? Is it falling asleep or waking up or something else?

It’s a lot of things.. it’s falling asleep and staying asleep. Mostly stopped caring about how and why and only that it is. 😄

I have been reading - why we sleep book from Matthew Walker for last few days and it has been quite interesting. Maybe you will find it helpful.
