After traveling for a few days over New Years and eating more spicy food than I prefer, my gut was reeling.

Yesterday I decided to do an 18 hour fast and broke it with some small batch ice cream, followed by a simple steak and potatoes a few hours later. Gut magically restored. Moooaaar 🍨 🥩
