For example, suppose your friend Alice joins nostr and is hoping to find a community of like-minded homeschoolers. So you attest that she’s a great follow on the topic of “homeschooling.” Now anybody else with an interest in homeschooling can find her, even if she has zero followers, based solely on your recommendation. And she can likewise find other homeschoolers, simply and easily and quickly.

Would an app like that be of interest?
