Seeing how many days I can go social media fasting today is day one. Deleted Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube. Just primal left. But the plan is to spend as much time off my phone as I can so we’ll see how long I make it. I’ll keep you guys updated.

I found deleting the apps on the phone was the best first step. It forced me to have to log into twitter, YouTube etc. just on the browser, made it a higher entry barrier so less habitual scrolling.
Totally nuking the accounts was next. Now I basically just use YT on the browser without logging in, so I have to deliberately seek channels I know.
You will be glad you did it.
Delete LinkedIn as well. That place is a giant circle jerk. Deleted everything (apart from Primal) a while ago and never looked back.
