I gladly pay good tips for good service, but why is tipping becoming a norm everywhere in the USA? Can't employers just pay their employees more and not be so greedy?
It's just absurd when you go to the coffee shop do a self-check and it asks me to tip ๐คจ

Don't get me wrong! I tip 20-30% without a problem but only if I like the service and the food!
