Hey guys, the reason you can't zap nostr:npub1cd6syy4q0rha3kzdz2yw5782y4yj9snvzd8rcxjy6e9kldcmpeuq6dw96r is because the lightning address setup in his nostr profile is "Justin_Tokyo@primal.net". That address was never configured on Primal. If you wish to use that address please hit up nostr:npub1zga04e73s7ard4kaektaha9vckdwll3y8auztyhl3uj764ua7vrqc7ppvc and he will configure it for you.
