Imo adding too many people into a group to build a product at early stage is not good.

You need to move fast and decisively. There’s no room for trying to seek consensus and hoping to please everyone as a good team player. Naturally that means making some tough decisions on your own.

I truly believe great things are products of individual vision initially, and later supported by great people.
