Update on my efforts to get a static, multi-use QR code for Lightning payments, so my kids can receive payment for scooping doggy doo:

nostr:npub1ye5ptcxfyyxl5vjvdjar2ua3f0hynkjzpx552mu5snj3qmx5pzjscpknpr helped me find my nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm raw text LNURL and directed me to a Google tool that generated a QR code for it. It worked like a charm, BUT....not every wallet could handle it:

CashApp: Choked on LNURL but seemed to be ok with a generated invoice with a configured amount of sats. I gritted my teech, jumped through their stupid KYC hoops, and then discovered that I have to formally purchase BTC in order to process a LN invoice. I can't start with fiat and send it via LN (like Strike brilliantly supports).

So I'm partially there. Strike support for LNURL's would provide the lowest barrier of entry to plebs. Sigh....
