Time, light, and heat can all affect the quality of herbs. The one on the right was grown in Egypt (who knows when that was harvested 🤷‍♀️). Varieties can have different color variations as well, but this is supposedly the same as mine. This kind of thing puts a fire in me to plant more more more of my own!
