Adding stuff to the omelettes is cheating, if you compare them with vanilla fried eggs.
Added crumbled feta cheese today, no extra cook time.

I mean when comparing tastiness - of course an omelette is going to be tastier, if it has additional stuff in it.
Personal favorite, tuna & garlic.
