Yes bounty is for the dev that implements the request.
I’m working with the damus devs to help figure out what should be worked on. If someone posts a bounty for feature X, this means that I can suggest X prioritized over Y for this reason.
If it’s not a pain point, then no one will post a bounty.
It’s very useful customer feedback for me.
