Yeah, this quote from Sacred Cow is complete rubbish. Commercially grown cattle are fed 1. GMO crops which are drenched in Glyphosate, Dicamba and all sorts of other horrible chemicals. These modern chemicals are systemic and are present in the entire plant. The cattle stand knee deep in feedlots breathing toxic fumes and eating corn which makes them so sick they have to be treated with medicine so they stay alive. Then they are given asthma medicines which are illegal in 150 countries to make them gain extra weight right before slaughter. Now, contrast that with true Grassfed beef (of course what you get in the supermarket is not truly Grassfed). Grassfed cattle roam the land eating a wide variety of native forbs and grasses. All these native plants have a variety of nutritional and medicinal qualities of which you will receive a small dose. So, use your powers of analysis and tell me which you would prefer for you and your family. Nobody needs a fancy study!
