Well now that I think about it she does always blame the agencies ultimately... anyway I have no data to back up my suspicions
One of the main points of her two-volume work is that while some blame the mafia, and others blame certain three-letter agencies--her argument is that they effectively merged around the 60s. For my part, I think she's been right on. Yes, she can be a little too "black pill" sometimes--but I think she's "directionally correct" far more often than she is not. My two SATS. 😉
