Me and my brother Rob at it again!

He brings my ego, my competitive and aggressive sides out. We forget about all the rules and principles and just go after each other, we push, we shove, and sometimes muscle our way out of critical situations etc.

If you thought tai chi was gentle, you'll be disappointed. LOL!

(By the way, I have just bought an online video course from Mizner about relaxing elbows and shoulders. Oh boy!)

What do you think? I have trained with some of those guys, not Mizner though. I did do the Discover Taiji videos for a year or so. I like their training around opening and release.

Releasing the shoulders is my biggest project at the moment, and I am really enjoying the video so far.

The exercises are simple, clear, and easy to follow, and I really like Mizner's no-bullshit, straight-to-the-point attitude.

I intend to practice until my arms fall off! πŸ˜…

Ok great. I might have done that course too, I’m not sure. But yeah the shoulders are a massive and ongoing project.

Nice! Just checked out some of your clips. I recognise Peter Rundle who I used to train with 20 years ago ! 😊

You all look skilled to me by the way. πŸ‘πŸ™

I've been training with Pete for over ten years, starting out under Master Chris Chappell at Real Taoism Studio in Brick Lane, East London.

For many years, we used to meet with two other friends (also on the video) and practice push hands together at our homes.

Then, Pete introduced us to a new teacher, and we've been practicing with him for almost two years now.

It's such a small world!

Awesome! Yep I trained with Chris Chappell for about 3 years at Brick Lane in Bagua mainly and some wu style Taiji and qigong.

Who are you and Pete training with now if you don’t mind me asking?

Down here in Cornwall it has been tricky to find good practitioners. London is definitely a centre for Taiji talent. πŸ™
