I've got a seed with a wallet that has tons of cpinjoined utxos. How do I migrate those to a new wallet and preserve their privacy?

Look into Whirlpool on Sparrow wallet. You can set a separate wallet as a final destination for your postmix utxo's, so once they reach X number of mixes, their Xth mix is on your destination wallet already, no need to move/consolidate further.
