Everyone likes me in real life. When someone doesn't it's on them.
Tried paying at a square bitcoin merchant last night. Failed twice to load the payment invoice.
It wasn't a payment failure, it was a complete fail to request payment.
The best way to improve your community is to take care of your family.
I don't know how many times I'm going to have to boost this.
You'll know we're thriving as a society when doctors are doing house calls again.
Still on nostr. Here you are your own algo.
Stay humble or be humbled
Had a revolutionary thought today. Didn't write it down so nobody, including me, will ever know what it was.
You could go on amazon and buy all the pens you could need for the rest of your life right now if you want.
Not sure why you would, but you could.
Honestly not a huge deal. Especially if your point of view is that bitcoin is doomed on its current path. Building a contingency plan in case of a black swan or state level threat (from their point of view) seems completely reasonable.
1 minute listen on solid (in my layman opinion) theory behind the Tylenol accusations.
TLDR - vax have safety, Tylenol will have to say vax is actual reason as they're not protected, which would lead to grounds for removing the vax protections. It's better to listen

Some animal keeps chewing through my poly irrigation lines. Third time this month. Replacing with mostly PVC now.
Anyone got some spare bitcoin? I don't need it or anything, I just want some more.
Just got back from a 3yo birthday party. There was a lady there that looked exactly like nostr:nprofile1qqszd44fgen4ucpl3hjt7muuaazzqdahp3lwu9c07phdweelcdxf3ugpz4mhxue69uhkyetkduhxummnw3erztnrdakszrmhwden5te0v5hxummn9ekx7mqaqrs5f and I almost asked her if she had heard of nostr.
My favorite bitcoiner who would have issues with every label here is John Carvalho.
He will always give his perspective no matter how pedantic or against the zeitgeist it may seem.
Imagine investing in Primal, then seeing this video showing where your money is going.
Theft calculation season. The theft occurs every day of the year, this is the day we are forced to calculate how much of a neoslave we are.
If you want to listen to the JRE with Dave Smith and Douglas Murray, don't.
Read the YouTube comments first. Here's a particularly good one.
'As someone who is constantly looking for new ways to gaslight my friends in political chats, I have learned so much from Douglas in this podcast.'
Nothing is stopping them from gathering data here.
No. I'd block anyone who changes display name too often.
They are fine, just causes risk of combining when spending.
You can just live life. You don't have to assume bitcoiner as an identity.
Ive been around bitcoin since 2014 and have waxed and waned in the 'movement'.
Just pick and choose the ripe fruit, ignore the spoiled fruit.

Are we in the plastic age?
Everything is plastic, products, people, money.
The education system needs to be transformed moreso now than ever. The availability of a diverse set of LLMs and Reasoning models allows for targeted personal tutors for every individual student.
Paying for a university seems absolutely insane in comparison. There should be instructors to validate the outputs from the LLMs for accuracy, sure. But this is a far cry from the current framework of education.
We need bitcoin to pump so I can quit my fiat job and work on nostr.

I need more plants.
I've said it before, I'll say it again.
The best growth hack for web 2.0 companies was their open APIs. This effectively allowed them to have hundreds to thousands of engineers adding value to their centralized platform without needing to pay them or manage them.
When the time came to find an exit, those companies pulled the plug on what made them most valuable and closed or severely limited their api access. See twitter and reddit.
Nostr will have an open api forever.
Long live protocols.
Current common belief is that on-chain fees must/will rise with adoption.
I don't think this will be true.
I think fees will stay relatively static in Bitcoin terms and will only rise in value terms.
I believe mempools will always clear.
