Your experiment with coffee only confirmed that this is true. Most said that their coffee costs 10,000 sats, but the average price for a cup of coffee is 20,000 sats. They don't drink coffee, they drink milk drinks or hot chocolate.
Not to the people who I paid for mostly, most lived in cheaper countries
