If you are on a PC your home screen the Latest list you need to select another list and then select Latest to refresh it.

Thats the only way I have found to update. When I start to scroll back up I do get a little bubble popup indicating how many new notes there are but it doesn't always contain the latest notes

The other thing that is annoying is if you go away from the primal tab in your browser and go to some other web site and then select the primal tab you basically have a cached image of where you were. Its like the relays you are connected to disconnect and when you try to interact everything times out. Then you end up having to hit the button a bunch to wake / reconnect.

Pain in the ass.

Then I try YakiHonne and it works right away.

Yes - I think their new note detection needs some major work. X is always polling for new notes. You don't have to scroll down to kick that off.

Thanks. I love the idea of using multiple clients. I use Damus as well.

I live on a linux PC, I have tried some of the desktop apps but I always ended up going back to a web app.

This is my first week using a web app. Only using Damus on iPhone before.

I haven't had a lot of issues on my phone with any of the apps. I also use nostr:npub1nz64zngcqm8vj8nhrdkcjpfwn2rcaqysnxec88tqfclp5afrpglsqm0w5y on my which works really well

I would suggest setting up YakiHonne as well. When I can't get things to work on @`primal` even with paying for it, I use @`YakiHonne` and I can interact right away.
