I don't really care about Navalny, but I would like to see an improvement in the level of medicine in Russian prisons. Unfortunately, things are not very good there, and in general "free" Russian medicine is not getting any better.

On some large-scale indicators like "infant mortality", perhaps things are not so bad, but otherwise everything else is terrible. Any Russian polyclinic is a set for a disaster movie.
