Hence, if left to continue, at some point in the future, no amount of decentralized freedom technology whatsoever will help against the 1984 squared, cubed, and so forth, as there won't be any communication medium that doesn't either block it or immediately alert the authorities. The only way to keep any kind of freedom is to have an at least two-pronged approach - freedom technology, of course, but also what most people here don't like - forming associations, lobby groups, and things of the like, to push back.
