I guess I misunderstood your note.

This passage of scripture is saying that if you actively speak out against Jesus, saying He’s a fraud and fictitious, causing other would be believers to turn away and reject him, then you are condemned. If you don’t find yourself in that camp, then there’s always hope. You just have to believe and accept Him. Hell does not become a reality until your last breath has been taken. This is evidenced by the fact that Jesus saved one of the criminals at the cross. 🫂

“One of the criminals who were hanged railed at him, saying, “Are you not the Christ? Save yourself and us!” But the other rebuked him, saying, “Do you not fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we are receiving the due reward of our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong.” And he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” And he said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise.””

Ah okay, thanks for clarifying. I have only found God very recently and have said and done some pretty blasphemous things in my past.

If you’ve found Him, then that’s all that matters. We all have doubts, struggles, and questions, and that’s okay.

Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, in the context of that verse, is typically understood as rejection of God's forgiveness. Obviously one who rejects forgiveness can't experience God's mercy, which we need for salvation. Anyone who repents and seeks forgiveness can receive mercy, regardless of past sin.
