Are you using a solar energizer? If so, what is the Mile rating and how many energized fence feet are you running?

I’m using 168ft energized fence and the 2mi solar energizer isn’t cutting it.

I've found grounding to be the main issue more so than an underpowered energizer. How are you testing the fence? Are the animals not respecting it?

I’ve tested with multiple grounds. The kit came with a tester. The 120v energizer will put out 8-9k volts but the solar one is only pushing 2k volts.

I usually do the finger test lol!! If it’s a tingle not hard enough. The 120v one about puts me on the ground ha!

There are just places where I can’t reach with the 120v one though so was trying to see what others use.
