Ok man no need to use that satoshi phrase 😂

Sure, we can agree to disagreee. Nostr definitely lets you defend your identity and data (otherwise there would be no point in building what we're building). And in practical terms it's impossible for a powerful actor to seize the entirety of the infrastructure across the globe where you keep copies of your signed notes

What im saying is that server, domains and relays all have this property. Nostr is not special in that regard.

Sure, in theory, but what exactly is a server? nostr can be extended to be run over radio, P2P tech, etc

But even with our current tech, no censor can play the infinite whack-a-mole game of nostr. It's a losing game

A server is a regular server in the cloud. There are millions. You can write a server with your keypair, im sure you know. Just as you can write to relays. You can write events to multiple servers, and you can write events to multiple relays. There are not "infinite" relays, there are 100s. But there are millions of servers. So servers are actually more resilient than relays. It's the fact that events can live anywhere that allows replication and resilients, not properties or relays, http, websockets or domains.
