Nice work! Using reclaimed materials always feels like such a win.
If it’s not too late I highly recommend creating a knee wall or a curb thats at least 1’ under your door if you’re going to throw scraps and debris in your run. I did that for our 2.0 chicken coop and it’s saved much raking and frustration.
This step was originally 12” high before I started adding leaves, prunings, etc
