After years of the thing blocking the creek I FINALLY got the stump moved from the pinch point. It has been a major problem in higher waters with the backup. I was able to use the water to get it to float out which lightened the effort immensely. Now I won't have to worry as much about possible road washouts but when the waters are lower this summer I will work on the pinch point to open it up some.
