How you like the Otto?
Itβs excellent. Especially at high elevation where itβs harder to get traditional grills at high temps.
What you season those with?
How big is the Otto? Iβm running out of space for more gadgets π€£
Just salt and pepper. You canβt over pepper a steak. The Otto seriously rules. I only use it in Wyoming where regular grills struggle to reach high temps due to altitude. The Otto reliably gets to 1500 degrees Celsius in 3 minutes. About the size of a microwave and highly recommended.
