The most paramount thing is to ensure that detox pathways stay open.
So one sweat, you want to walk around every day, get a sweat, if you need to use a sauna to sweat, do it hot bath, whatever, ensure you're able to sweat. The body will stop sweating when there's a serious detox problem. So you want to be able to do that and monitor it.
Two is just lymph, another reason to walk around every day is that lymph nodes require that basically gentle force. It's the contents of the lymph system, which is like a sewer system, are being dragged down into the liver by way of gravity and like the gentle, gentle thought of everyday life, walking, jumping. A good way to like ensure the lymphs don't get jammed up is a vibration plate, they're like 75 bucks on Amazon, well worth it, stand on it for a minute every morning, and it will basically shake out any of the junk that's being killed off and is now being drained through the lymphs.
And three, and the big one is liver gallbladder kidney. You know, so you need to get enough fluid every day, and when you're detoxing it to more fluid than you might expect, and you need to sneak it in between meals, I like having And you know, pay attention to like urination frequency, and color, cloudiness, bubbliness, these type of things. It's just something to learn about. If it goes very dark, urine goes very dark, like it's not very good. I've found that celery juice can be useful in keeping things clear. You can get it from whole foods already made. It keeps things running and prevents it from becoming backed up and silty.
Okay, now the liver gallbladder axis, liver herbs are really good in a detox because they just give your liver what it needs to detox at a heightened rate. So basically, there's certain herbs, milk, fissol, etc., but also additional coline. I can get it from egg yolks so you can increase your egg intake or a lot of the liver herbs have phosphatidyl coline from some flower less often. Both work, it's fine, it just increases the throughput of your liver. On the other hand, there's the need for like cruciferous greens, so whether it's beet or broccoli, chute, basically glucorination, which is one of the processes the liver uses to get rid of toxins, you need to increase the throughput of that, the rate of that. That's primarily during the train work, so most liver herbal stocks, the one I showed, have that in there, so that's the liver side of things.
Now, finally, the gall bladder, so when you're detoxing a lot of stuff, it can make the bile is one of the conduits that is used to get rid of toxins, so your liver will basically attach stuff to bile, and as it gets spit into the intestine to be excreted, and it can get sludgy, it can become so sludgy and so thick that the bile gets clogged and stops running. You can get stones, for example, but you can basically just jam up your gall bladder, so tools to keep that running are, is the beet flow supplement, that's really, really good at keeping the bile going, tart cherry juice is very good at it, anything that acts on the liver tends to act on gall bladder too, they're kind of a team, so tudka, that's in the liver herb stack, I recommend it, so if your stool stops being chocolate brown, if it's yellow or pale, like blond or like pretty deeply yellow or pale or floating, these are all signs you don't have bile coming out, bile is what makes the stool dark brown, it's what makes it sink, if it's floating you have undigested fats, and so you just need to monitor throughout the terrain work that the gall bladder is emitting, also have fat with each meal, so if you need to have an egg yolk with each meal, a little bit of butter or coconut oil, always have fat when you eat, because you want to ensure the gall bladder is expressing.
