Nowhere in that statement it says that the man is broke, it means as an operator of a business he does a piss poor job and is unfit to lead anything with a pulse. When the bank comes to take your assets you are not creating wealth. It’s also not why the poor stay poor, it’s just a shield and a better luck next time for those who already have accumulated wealth.
