Ahh, I didn't realize that - I suppose my frame of reference was when all apps were signed by Zapstore. Thanks!

I uninstalled and reinstalled Amethyst from different "stores" without almost any problems except for redoing my custom emojis, BUT... what happens if I reinstall Amber or Citrine??? Will I lose everything?
BTW- why is fdroid throwing URL resolution error messages on my screen notifications???
I've never used Citrine but as long as you have your nsec backed up elsewhere (such as a password manager) then reinstalling Amber should be no issue - you will just have to re-authorize actions you've allowed.
Backup your Citrine database just to be safe, but you should be fine.
Should I "Download all Events" first, and then "Export Database"?
When I downloaded all events, Citrine asked for amber authentication...
Now I see Citrine as an app in Amber for the first time??? Was Citrine not working the whole time? I could always see the list of different kinds, but never listed in Amber... Maybe since it was local it didn't need signing permissions??? I dunno... So much to learn...
The permission for Citrine to use Amber was only a few versions ago. It probably was working fine.
