So back in the day... when I was 21 and doing H2H combat kinda stuff... (🀣)

I was doing the pushups on the knee thing... To get out of that, I built upper body strength with a variety of weight lifting & the aforementioned fighting arts. (Rather than do the same thing daily)

I think for women, it's focusing on it NOT just being arm strength. You have to build strength in shoulders too. + Core. + back.

Do plank, do the pushups, do weight lifting... and also for ladies, take advantage of those final days of your monthly cycle to SHRED and build muscle. Use that little testosterone boost we get from mother nature πŸ˜‰
