Throwing out my plastic cutting boards and replacing with hardwood.
Was always told plastic is better because you can sanitize in the dishwasher. It seems nobody considered microplastics in food until recently.
Though the worst cutting board I ever had was made of glass.
Annoyingly, wood is a plant and thus potentially toxic. Is there a better solution?
