Oh i like this game. So for example, air conditioning and refrigeration were first invented in ancient persia, optical glasses in modern day syria iirc, and vaccination in china. Apart from that, the majority of things in ur lil list there seem to be from the UK/France/Germany/Italy, with some exceptions in the US, like the phone and the airplane.

You know you can google these things before posting on social media.
