I use a Levo infuser. 1.5 cups of grassfed, unsalted butter; lemon peels from organic lemons; fresh dill from the garden, dried.

Is that lemon zest, or just chopped peels?
I'm growing dill this year, so I will have to try it
I make my own garlic butter. I can never go back.
Garlic butter being made now with basil. Lemon peels, not grated or chopped. I dry them too so the butter will hold longer - less moisture.
