Orgzly (the Android app) saves your notes and todos in plain-text Org file format. It’s great. Org mode is just the original software for this format, written for Emacs (a text-editor)

how did you customize the label??

press and hold on the app. when the search comes up, start typing in whatever term you want. you'll see a "rename" button appear in the upper-right. hit that.
