i assume if the animal is fed soy that the soy oils end up in the yolk

so, yeah, but i normally don't cook the yolk, let it be soft, so this is doing something different

the allergy usually comes from my normal way of sunny side up frying though the most recent incident it was in a soup and was cooked at low heat

this time i cooked it at low heat and then flipped it and high heat, and the whole yolk was hard
