Mottahedeh says they haven't actually billed him for this, but I would have some caution about following his methods.
If you don't want to pay tax, your best bet is to not file and keep your mouth shut (at least beyond close friends & family). Mottahedeh has made himself a target.
I realize his "methods" include not filing, but if/when a case is launched against you I would be skeptical of this guy's legal arguments.
For example, the definitions of the Internal Revenue Code indicate that the States "include" the District of Columbia. Mottahedeh is arguing that this means ONLY DC is included. I am very skeptical that any court will agree with this argument.
