⚡️🚨 NEW - ABSOLUTE record for real estate defaults in the US!!

The default rate on CMBS (commercial real estate) for offices just skyrocketed to 11.8% in October.

We have just surpassed the peak of the 2008 financial crisis, which was 10.7%.

Just think about it...

Three years ago to the day, the rate was only 1.8%.

These defaults do not only affect property owners.

Behind every commercial real estate loan are banks, pension funds, and insurance companies that have purchased these debts.

Who will absorb the losses?

It's a rhetorical question: obviously, it's consumers who will suffer!

We saw it in 2008: when Americans stop consuming, the global economy grinds to a halt.

Avalanche warning.

In 2009 the stock market was in shambles bc of this, now it keeps pumping whilst those defaults have been trending up for since 2023...

I'm surprised the commercial real estate crash has taken this long.

😯

Interesting. Well. No worries they will just push it into Freddie

Skip the gradually and go straight to the suddenly.

Things are going to fall apart fast and they are going to have to print or re-value everything much much lower.
