there seems to be a big monero>bitcoin push recently no?! i'm hearing similar sentiment from cryptard friends... who's pushing it? some slack-jawed YouTubers?
I'm using monero more. the loss of whirlpool reduces the usability of Bitcoin for me. it's a big problem. lightning has better sender privacy than onchain, monero has better all round privacy from what I understand and it's harder to footgun yourself.
I thought we'd left him on Twitter. the lightning fud seems to come from people who want to look edgy or cool. lightning works, these sorts of takes are silly and uninformed. monero, like Bitcoin is a tool. it seems to work but probably not where I'll keep my savings.
