I am on my period and I am absolutely delighting nourishing myself. Just made my newly discovered three ingredient egg custard.

It has only eggs, coconut cream, stevia drops, a pinch of salt and some valila. I am crazy about it.

Here you go. I settled on 25 drops of stevia. I don't do sugar and am pretty used to stevia, slightly addicted to it.

I doubled the recipe for Thanksgiving but it will need to cook 45-60 mins if I recall right. People really dug it. Though, some people feel the district stevia taste who are not into it.

You know I am having mine warm lol. Can't wait
