Some days are better than others, and luckily I have figured out ways of dealing with it and letting it go, mainly through exercise.
I have some pretty severe anger issues though that still resurface no matter how much therapy I've done. I've just gotten better at coping with it. And letting it go.

everything that is, is the Divine (or whatever you want to call it) acting.

not to say a good run and breathing isnt a good thing.
but remember that what you really are,
is before any of that happens.
And I am a genuinely fucked up angry human being. Ive just gotten good at not blindly acting on that anger.
