You make gumbo? What's your recipe?

I just kinda wing it 🤣 but I use
Half a bar of grass fed butter
1 cup of flour
4 andouille sausage links
Ib ish of shrimp
Cup of crab meat
1 onion
I green bell pepper
Half a stalk of celery
Homemade Cajun seasoning (smoked paprika, thyme, oregano, garlic,cayenne) about a tablespoon or two
1 can of Tomatoes
Worcestershire sauce.
6 cups Chicken stock
Render the sausage in a sauce pan and set aside, add butter and then sift flower in and whisk so it doesn't burn for like 20min
Chop and saute onion, pepper, celery till almost soft in a pot.
Add chicken stock to deglaze roux in the sauce pan and add spices and tomatoes.
Add roux liquid to pot with veggies and then add shrimp, sausage, crab in and let slow simmer another 20 min ish.
Add Worcestershire and salt to taste,
Serve on long grain rice 😊
