Dude, gaming on Linux has really stepped up with Steam pushing Proton. I’m on Ubuntu and game on steam. I’ve been playing God of War and the FFVII remake. Both okay flawless.

If it’s not working great with proton, you could always try it with Glorious Eggroll.

Check protondb to see what’s working for people.
