Controversial opinion which reflects just how crazy I am….. This is an ancient mine/quarry, not a natural formation. There I said it.

Interesting thought. Any evidence out there that goes into this?

It’s been such a long time since I was down such a rabbit hole. I will try to find you some of the more compelling research. I was led there through studying evidence of ancient precision machining in Egypt check out UncharteredX. I was interested to see that most examples of advanced precision and scale always exists in the most ancient layers of megalithic sites around the world. The archaeological evidence shows a decay in technological ability rather than a progression. I will stop here for now.

Sorry about this vague answer, (with no mention of ancient quarries) I’m going off the top of my head on what led me to this theory. I will send you some more resources when I can if you’re interested

Yes interested. Reminds me of the Christopher Dunn interview with Rogan.

Chris Dunn theory of water erosion on the sphinx suggests maybe The Great Sphinx of Giza may predate dynastic Egypt by many thousands of years, potentially originating in a lost epoch aligned with the astrological Age of Leo—suggesting its construction occurred in a prior Great Year cycle, nearly 12,000–13,000 years ago or more.

I haven’t studied ancient history enough. One thing I always find myself skeptical of is such and such thing/event happened tens-of-thousands, hundreds-of-thousands, or millions of years ago, when we can see how much information is distorted in the span of ten years. It’s like there is this arrogance that we have god like knowledge of what happened in the past.

I agree 100%. That’s actually why my interests moved on from the ancient world to our more recent history. I live in Australia and I can say with confidence that our timeline is bullshit. The amount of ornate gothic or italianate style insane asylums that were built in the mid 1800’s in towns with barely enough of a population to fill the place. And that’s just the start.

You’ve got me all fired up now

Checkout post millinialism. The theory is that Christ already came back, reigned for 1000 years. During the 1000 years was peace/harmony/art/etc. Theory goes that this period has been covered up and a 1000 fake years have been inserted in the timeline, aka “dark” ages. Get it?

You’re speaking my language brother. I don’t draw hard conclusions but I’m always interested in exploring things that don’t add up

Get em

is that Bryce Canyon ?

Close!
