Always start with a good warmup of rolling exercises. Burning sensation ok, sharp or dull pain bad. Try:

Alternating Single-Arm Chest Press

Skull Crusher

Hammer Curl

Bent-Over Row

Incline Push-up

Plank Shoulder Tap
