Was this authored with Damus? It's a bit confusing as your reply is at the same time a reply to jack's event. Shouldn't you either include a p-jack tag or not include an e-embed tag?
Is Damus copying all p- and e-tags of the replied-to event?

And now Astral even gets confused about the e-tags and assumes the jack-event was the root event of the thread. Astral should probably detect that the embedding event doesn't both reply and embed that event. #devilInDetail
astral just assumes the root tag from the previous event is correct and uses that. I don't want to start going through the whole thread validating the true root.
it's not tagged "root" though, so ... it's tricky and in this case wrong. The actual root just happens to reference another event but not as a reply.
