A little update on the state of my hand. Unfortunately the swelling has got very bad and I have just returned from hospital. I have been given injections and tablets, hopefully it will only get better. Thanks for the words of encouragement and support and for the jokes 😂🫂💜
What caused it? Hope it’s not too painful
