But the right doesn’t seem to have any milk fat in it. If you leave it out to cool down it will solidify and crystallize, that’s totally fine. If you put it in the fridge it will have a smoother split texture
Ghee friends! nostr:nprofile1qqsfnnh6v3dspqtnwv3e46aed5k3nypyfx2wtet92ekg9szt3hr9k4qpzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnzv9hxgqg7waehxw309ahx7um5wgknqvewv3hhyctxv93hgmmj0yhx7un82rvkgd #asknostr
Usually my ghee turns out fine, this time its weird, so i need your advice please!
The left charge is dark, did i burn it? Did something caramelize?
The right charge seemed to be transparent/golden when i cooked it, now after some time i see that there is still a lot of protein in the ghee? Will it turn bad soon?
Thaank you!

Discussion
Thank you so much!
About the right(brighter) one: i am wondering if the liquid stuff on top is pure fat, what is the yellowish stuff if its not milk solids?
About the left (darker) one: Thank you very much, we will use a cheese cloth next time. indeed it doesn't smell bad at all :-)
Put the right one in the fridge for like 6 hours and take it out and send a pic of it after that
Everything looked normal after the fridge, but after the next day in the shelf something separated again (see 2nd picture)
