If they want
They will take you and yours always fuck a private key
They can always torture every Bitcoin owner, but will they? Keep your private keys safe and your funds off an exchange and your money is far safer than in any bank.
You should know there's no "backdoor" to bitcoin. Every transaction references previous transactions to prove that the sender has enough money to send. The keys are the proof that you have the right to send the money. Every node is constantlyverifyingthis, searching for any discrepancy. Invalid transactionsare not propagated through the network. No force on earth can bypass this process. Not even God.
Best option is to lose them then
